gluseppe arcimboldo

Gluseppe Arcimboldo
Gluseppe 1527-1593 was an Italian painter who created portraits of heads using fruits, vegetables, flowers, fish and books. This mx of objects were then used as representations of the human face.
I don't really like this technique, even though I do think it is an interesting one. But  the idea of changing the human form (with other objects) does connects to my idea , because it shows the human form as a representation of a different object. This artist also links to the idea of creating surreal imagery.
